MATERIALS:

As a civil motion to dismiss usually entails a facial attack on the "four corners" of the complaint, lawghost needs a copy of the complaint.  As the case may occasionally be open to attack on grounds outside the initial pleading (personal jurisdiction, improper service, venue, collateral estoppel, etc.), such potentially useful materials should also be scanned along to lawghost.
